Assistant Site Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for an exciting Assistant Site Manager opportunity with a leading house builder in the Aberdeen area, on a permanent basis.

The client is a premium homebuilder renowned for quality, design excellence, and outstanding customer experience. They are seeking a proactive site professional to support the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the day-to-day management of on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
– Support the Site Manager with coordinating trades, materials, and resources
– Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with company policies and H&S legislation
– Monitor build quality at each stage and work closely with subcontractors to resolve issues promptly
– Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, and customers

What You Bring:

– 2+ years experience managing within residential housebuilding
– A proactive approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships on site
– A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
– Relevant construction qualifications or equivalent practical experience
