Site Manager

Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project in Marham, Norfolk. The role will involve managing both internal fit-out works and the construction of an external concrete apron, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades on site

*

Manage internal fit-out works and external concrete apron installation

*

Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, specifications, and quality standards

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site

*

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team

*

Monitor site progress and report updates as required

Requirements:

*

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

First Aid at Work

*

CSCS Card

*

Previous experience managing similar construction or fit-out projects is desirable

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

Contract Details:

Start Date: 16th March 2026

*

Duration: 3+ months (project expected to run through summer, approx. June–August completion)

Location: Marham, Norfolk

*

Salary: Negotiable
