Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Repairs Manager to join an organisation to lead the delivery of planned works projects on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Repairs Manager:

Act as the point of contact for escalation relating to tenant issues and complaints
Support the Contract Manager in the management of sub-contractors to ensure SLA's, quality or service, value for money, and safe working methods are achieved
Carry out one-to-ones and appraisals
Coach and train line reports to be able to manage conflict, issues, and poor performance of staff
Measure operational delivery performance
Provide cost estimates in terms of time, materials, programme of works, risk assessments and method statements
Work closely with clients and maintain good working relationships
Ensure all complaints are recorded and resolved within a timely manner
Set budgets
Ensure Health and Safety practices and policies are followed and adhered to by all the resources utilised in the delivery of the work

Essential Requirements of the Senior Repairs Manager:

IOSH Managing Safely or Recognised certification in Health and Safety Management
Diploma/HNC/ Qualification in a Building discipline
Strong knowledge of Housing and Regulatory standards.
Experience with Contract Management.
Have a full driving licence
