Commercial Manager – £35m Project – Civil Engineering and Groundworks
Derby 2 year project lifecycle and new region opening
Salary up to £120,000 + package

Commercial Manager needed to initially take commercial control of 3 Civil Engineering Projects in Derby with a combined value over circa £35m over 2 years. Thereafter taking the reigns on the Midlands region for works covering both civil engineering and groundworks.

Working with a small team of site surveyors you will initially be the commercial manager responsible for the financial management of the projects, client welfare, relationship building, risk awareness and avoidance, amongst traditional commercial manager duties on a day to day basis on the Derby sites.

Thereafter the new region in the Midlands requires commercially managing, developing and running. This role will become the Midlands Commercial Manager position long term.
