Operations Manager

We're recruiting an Operations Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026
Driving licence required

We're supporting our client in hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead their maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio.

In this role, you will:
* Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance
* Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors
* Ensure high‑quality, customer‑focused service delivery
* Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations
* Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targets

What we're looking for:
* Experience in social housing
* Strong knowledge of void property processes
* Proven leadership of operational or technical teams
* Technical/trade background is highly desirable
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
