About the role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of core building surveying services across commercial property workstreams, acting as a trusted point of contact for regional clients and helping to grow the team’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver core building surveying services including dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration & employer’s agent duties, PPM, reinstatement cost assessments and schedules of condition

* Support and mentor junior surveying team members and contribute to a positive team culture

* Contribute to business development, client retention and wider team initiatives

About you, as the successful Senior Building Surveyor

* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) with MRICS

* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing and report-writing skills

* Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple instructions

* Experience working with investor, developer or occupier clients is advantageous
