Electrical Site Manager – Critical Environments

A growing and well-established building and construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their Projects Division. This role will be responsible for managing electrical infrastructure works on a data centre in Slough, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with strong electrical installation experience, particularly within critical or occupied environments, to join a company offering long-term stability and strong employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Set out works in accordance with contract drawings and carry out regular quality checks.
Review contractor RAMS, technical submissions, RFIs, and ensure specification compliance.
Coordinate labour, materials, and procurement schedules to ensure the project has adequate resources.
Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, drawing registers, diaries, and handover records.The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
SMSTS qualification
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience as an Electrical Site Manager working on critical service projects (data centre experience advantageous)Benefits:
