An amazing opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager/Technical Services Manager to join one the busiest Fit Out/Refurb Contractors in London.

The business specialises in large Commercial CAT A & B fit outs across London and are in a period of growth after their biggest ever year in 2025. A key element of their 2026 growth strategy is growing their MEP Management team and so this is a big long term opportunity for someone to join the business who sees themselves in a Senior Leadership position in the next year or two.

You will start off running the MEP on a 8 story CAT A fit out in Central London which is currently at late precon and heading to site in the next 4-6 weeks. The design has been verified so your first role will be finialising the Tender process for Subs and final prep.

When this project is handed over, the plan will be for you move into more of an oversight role, with other TSM’s joining over the coming moths who will report into you and manage the MEP on these projects.

This is one of the few opportunities for the right person to build a whole team out and lead them, reaping the rewards that come from this.
