Rate: £300 per day

Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm

The Opportunity

We are recruiting experienced and fully qualified fit out Site Managers who have good main contracting knowledge to join a multi award winning Tier 1 main contractor to help the delivery team on a hotel refurbishment located on the borders of Surrey. This is a flagship project involving the transformation of an existing heritage property into a luxury destination featuring 180 beautifully designed bedrooms, three high‑end restaurants, a fully stocked gymnasium, and premium guest facilities.

This is a rare blend of heritage restoration and high‑spec contemporary fit‑out.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional quality standards

* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers across multiple work fronts

* Depending on experience you will Manage fit‑out activities across either the bedrooms, restaurants, leisure facilities, and public areas

* Ensure full compliance with H&S procedures, site logistics, and quality assurance processes

* Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction managers, design team, and client representatives to maintain programme and resolve issues

* Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking

About You

We are looking for Site Managers with proven “fit out” experience working on £5m+ fit‑out projects, ideally within:

* Hotels

* Retail

* Student accommodation

* Large commercial or residential fit‑outs

* Ideally within a 25 / 30 mile radius of the project

You will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Essential / Must have Certifications:

* Managers CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid

* Asbestos Awareness
