Start Date: Monday 23rd March.

Day rate: £340

Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced fully qualified fit out Construction Managers who have worked with main contractors in the past to join a multi award winning Tier 1 main contractor supporting the delivery team on an iconic and historically significant hotel refurbishment located on the borders of Surrey. This flagship scheme involves the transformation of an existing Hotel property into a luxury destination, featuring 180 beautifully refurbished bedrooms, three premium restaurants, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a range of high spec public and leisure spaces.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all on site construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality delivery.

* Oversee work fronts, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.

* Drive progress across structural, refurbishment, and fit out phases.

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, site logistics, and quality assurance procedures.

* Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, design consultants, and client representatives to maintain programme and resolve technical challenges.

* Produce and maintain accurate site documentation, reporting, and progress updates.

About You

We are looking for Construction Managers with proven experience delivering fit out schemes ideally upwards of £7m within the sectors below –

* Retail

* Commercial

* Hotels

* Student accommodation

Ideally living in a 25 / 30 mile radius

You will bring strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex sequencing while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Essential / Must have Certifications

• Managers CSCS Card

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• Asbestos Awareness
