We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with strong structural frame experience to join a prestigious multi-million pound construction project in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development with a respected contractor, offering long-term work (12 months+) and an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing structural frame works on a large-scale project

*

Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities

*

Ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to high quality standards

*

Liaising with project managers, engineers, and the wider site team

*

Maintaining site health & safety and compliance

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing structural frame packages (RC frame / steel frame)

*

Previous experience on large, multi-million pound construction projects

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to start ASAP
