Site Manager – Fit Out (Derby)
Location: Derby
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager (Fit Out) to oversee an office fit-out project in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on fit-out and refurbishment projects
*
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
*
Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations
*
Monitoring project progress and maintaining programme schedules
*
Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to project management
*
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control
*
Managing site documentation and compliance
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing fit-out or interior refurbishment projects
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes
*
Valid SMSTS qualification
*
1st Aid
*
CSCS card required
*
First Aid qualification preferred
*
Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
