Intermediate & Senior Quantity Surveyors – MEP
📍 London / Greenwich area
💼 Permanent | 🏗️ Site-based (Monday–Friday)

On behalf of a leading Tier 1 MEP contractor, we are seeking Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial team on major projects in the Bristol area.

We are interested in candidates with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or both disciplines within the MEP sector.

Key Requirements

* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, or both)

* Background delivering high-rise residential and/or large-scale commercial projects

* Strong commercial management and cost control experience

* Ability to work site-based Monday to Friday (no hybrid working)
