Freelance Site Manager

FREELANCE SITE MANAGER (CIS or PAYE)

On behalf of a highly successful main contractor, we are keen to speak with experienced Site Managers who can assist the project team on this £10m+ fit-out project in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.

As part of the site team, your role will involve driving the programme, quality and safety on site by:

* Managing sub-contract works checking all aspects and overseeing a diverse range of trades

* Promoting safe working practices

* Undertaking site inductions

* Keeping accurate site records such as Daily Site Diaries

* Assist in roesolving any site issues and communicating these accordingly to the Project Manager

To be successful you must have experience of working for a main contractor in a similar role.

Essential: CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS
