Job Overview
Senior Architect Job in London with a design-led architectural practice delivering complex sports and leisure projects across the UK. This role suits a Senior Architect or experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical delivery experience across multiple RIBA Stages. Based in London, you will lead project delivery for sports and community facilities while coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and maintaining design intent through technical development and construction. The role offers involvement in technically challenging projects using Revit and BIM processes within a collaborative team environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead project delivery across RIBA Stages 2 to 6
Manage sports and leisure facility architecture projects
Coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary design teams
Produce and review detailed technical drawing packages
Maintain design quality through technical design and construction
Skills & Experience Required
ARB Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with strong delivery experience
Proven experience delivering sports or leisure architecture projects
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Proficiency using Revit and BIM project workflows
Experience coordinating consultants across RIBA Stages
Salary & Benefits
Salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working available after successful probation
Flexible start and finish times within core hours
23 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays
Paid professional memberships including RIBA or CIAT
