Building Admin Manager
Are you an experienced multi-trade person looking to have a office based role.
This opportunity will be utilising your trades knowledge, while managing a small team of co-coordinators.
You will need to communicate at all levels with a track record of achieving KPIs, including proficiency with reporting and analysis. Confident in creating and implementing workplace procedures and presenting statistical data to clients.
You will be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to work with agreed SLAs.
Your role will be to ensure all services are delivered efficiently whilst maintaining strong client relationships and improving services to achieve service level requirments. A small amount of travelling will be required to meet clients and a full UK driving licence is required.
Salary £40000, pension, holiday, fuel mileage, socials and working for a family run organisation that values their team.
