We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to manage costs, contracts, and procurement while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do
Lead cost planning, estimation, and financial control from start to finish.
Prepare, manage, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Monitor project budgets, provide reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Oversee procurement to secure best value and quality.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver adaptations successfully.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess risks, and manage variations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. About You
Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and construction law.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
