A leading London residential developer is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial function across multiple high-profile developments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the full commercial lifecycle across a substantial pipeline of residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial strategy across multiple large-scale residential developments
Oversee procurement, cost planning, and financial performance across projects
Manage and mentor a senior commercial team
Work closely with development, construction and finance teams
Ensure strong contractual management and risk mitigation across the portfolio
Report directly to executive leadership on commercial performanceRequirements

Proven experience in a Commercial Director / Commercial Lead role
Strong background delivering large residential or mixed-use schemes in London
Experience managing sizeable commercial teams
Strong knowledge of procurement strategy and contract management
