A leading residential contractor is seeking a Senior Site Manager with a strong external packages background to join a high-end high-rise residential development in London.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 6+ site staff and take responsibility for delivering key external elements of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large site team including Site Managers and engineers
Oversee façade, envelope and external works packages
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme targets are met
Maintain high standards of health & safety and build quality
Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial teamRequirements

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects
Strong background managing external packages
Experience managing large site teams
