A London developer is looking to appoint a Design Manager to support the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submission and Gateway process for a large 600+ unit residential scheme in Camden.

This role will be heavily involved in regulatory coordination, design compliance and consultant management at a critical stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the design coordination process for a large residential development
Lead the BSR and Gateway submission process
Coordinate architects, consultants and specialist designers
Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety requirements
Work closely with the development and construction teamsRequirements

Experience working as a Design Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator on large residential schemes
Strong consultant management and coordination skills
Experience within a developer or main contractor environmentThis is a key role on a major London scheme entering an important regulatory stage
