Senior Technical Manager – North London
A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Technical Manager to join a leading residential and mixed-use developer delivering landmark schemes in North London area. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role overseeing technical delivery on complex, high-profile developments from pre-construction through to completion.

They are seeking an experienced and commercially aware technical professional who can lead consultant teams, drive design coordination and ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the technical delivery of major residential-led developments
* Managing and coordinating architects, engineers and external consultants
* Overseeing design development from planning through to construction stages
* Ensuring all technical information is fully coordinated and issued in line with the project programme
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and consultant information for accuracy and buildability
* Supporting project teams with technical guidance and problem-solving
* Managing technical risks and ensuring compliance with statutory approvals and regulations
* Coordinating specialist subcontractor design packages
* Attending design team and site meetings as required
* Supporting the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery

This role would suit someone with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline and significant experience within residential or mixed-use development. Strong leadership, technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple consultants and complex design programmes are essential.
