A leading multidisciplinary property consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their expanding project management team. The 'Project Manager's' role

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from early feasibility through to completion. The Project Manager will act as the key client interface, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading residential development projects through all RIBA stages

Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

Managing project programmes, budgets, and risk

Advising clients on procurement strategies and delivery approaches

Preparing reports and presenting progress updates to clients

Supporting senior leadership on complex developments

The Project Manager will work closely with experienced directors and senior project professionals, providing an excellent environment for development and progression.

The 'Project Manager'

The successful Project Manager will come from a construction consultancy background and will have experience delivering built environment projects.

Requirements include:

MRICS qualified or working towards MRICS accreditation

Experience working as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment

Strong experience delivering residential projects (desirable)

Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
