Solution is currently working in partnership with fast-growing national Civil Engineering contractor who are looking to appoint talented and ambitious well trained Quantity Surveyor to undertake an integral role on newly secure water project based in Sawbridgeworth , Herts completed on behalf of leading water provider

Your remit will include :

Lead all civil engineering site activities, managing operatives and sub-contractors to deliver safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Oversee budgets, resources, and programme to achieve project objectives and maximise project profit

Manage site administration, including risk assessments, method statements, work package plans, and reporting

Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental management plans, and quality plans

Promote health, safety, quality, environmental, and mental wellbeing leadership on site

Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

Encourage innovation, value engineering, and continuous improvement

This role offers ambitious individuals the opportunity to undertake a wider remit and fast track to Senior Quantity Surveyor level. Our client holds a fantastic reputation and culture

You will currently be employed by a Tier 1 or Tier civil engineering was sound exposure to NEC form of contracts which ideally includes Water projects ( Not essential)
