Senior Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide Construction Consultancy are seeking a personable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office based a stones throw away from Holborn station in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining the London office's commercial team, working across an array of office refurbishments, CAT A fit out, and some new build works.

The Partner heading up the team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has good pre and post contract experience, and able to pick up a project and run with it, always having support from the Partners, other Senior Quantity Surveyors, and junior members in the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or working towards
Minimum of 6 years Quantity Surveying experience
Any CA/EA experience would be a plus
Client facing
Commercial project experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£65,000 – £75,000
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
