Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor – East London

The Client
Our client is a large Tier One residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, large-scale schemes across London. Due to continued growth and the start of a new phase within a major development, they are looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen the commercial team.

The Project
You will be joining a 268-unit residential scheme in East London, forming part of a much wider multi-phased development. The project is at an early stage, offering the opportunity to lead the procurement of key subcontract packages and play an important role in shaping the commercial delivery of the scheme. This is a long-term freelance opportunity, with the potential to transition into a permanent position as the wider development progresses.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record delivering residential developments of a similar scale in London. You will have strong procurement and package management experience, gained with a developer or main contractor, and be comfortable managing multiple trade packages on large residential schemes. Strong commercial awareness and experience working within established project teams will be essential.
