Programme Setting Out Procurement Production Install Close Out Client relation development To assist with project wins To develop and manage the contract programme-(PM Owns) To develop and manage with the DM, samples, sample schedule, sample issues and sign off- (Shared) To develop and manage with the DM, Tech Subs, Tech Sub schedule, Tech Sub issues and sign off-(Shared) To assist with the DM, setting out rods, attending design meetings, assisting with drawings being issued into construction-(Shared) To develop and manage the procurement schedule-(Shared) To procure certain items (non production) for the contract-(PM Owns) To complete contract reports-(Shared-PM to Issue) To complete the site H & S file, risk assessments and method statements-(PM Owns, shared management when on site) To arrange H & S visits-(Shared) Internal review meetings;-(Shared) Commercial-To assist in the management of valuations, ensuring items are delivered to site/installed for upcoming valuations dates Commercial-To review CVR’s and ensure targets/budget are achieved and early warning on contract overspends To review joinery in works and outsourced, for quality and being ready-(Shared) To attend site and progress meetings with the client-(Shared) Any other responsibility as asked by the line manager or the Directors

Duties

* Utilise Primavera P6 to create detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.

* Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
* Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting on project status.
* Oversee the utilisation of Civil 3D for civil engineering design tasks related to projects.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimise potential delays or issues.
* Ensure compliance with organisational standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
* Lead project meetings, document minutes, and maintain detailed records of all project activities.
Skills
* Proven experience in project management within a civil engineering or construction environment.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking purposes.
* Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil design coordination.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
