Estimator – Drylining Contractors

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a Drylining Contractor based in South Yorkshire.

We are looking for a Construction Estimator with Drylining experience.

Main responsibilities:

* Overseeing all aspects of estimating processes, ensuring that tenders are prepared and submitted to clients ahead of deadlines.

* Developing long term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to secure work.

* Working closely with client’s QS and design team to meet project requirements.

* Pricing tenders from drawings and sketches, incorporating client feedback, preparing bill of quants, cost estimates and other technical documents.

* Provide assistance in take offs, project cost reporting and pricing.

* Work on Drylining packages up to a value of £10 million.

* Work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Main Contractors.

Hybrid role, option to work from home part of the week.
