A well-established contractor is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering high-end, super prime projects across London and the surrounding Home Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on beautiful, design-led developments while managing 2–3 projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality delivery and ensuring projects are executed properly from start to finish.
You will play a key role in the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with project teams to maintain financial control while supporting the delivery of exceptional builds.

The Role

Commercial management of M&E packages on high-end residential / super prime projects
Overseeing 2–3 live projects across London and the Home Counties
Managing cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts
Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients
Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards The Opportunity

Proven experience 5+ years in Quantity Surveying with a strong background with an M&E Contractor
Driving licence and happy to travel to site and the office
