Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Strong experience working from RIBA stage 4 onwards
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
