The role focuses on professional building surveying instructions across commercial property assets including offices, industrial, retail and hospitality. The position also involves leading dilapidations matters, managing client relationships and mentoring junior surveyors.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver professional surveying instructions including dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice, RCA and contract administration

* Lead dilapidations processes including inspections, negotiations and settlement discussions

* Manage client relationships with landlords and tenants across commercial assets

* Mentor junior surveyors and support APC progression

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently

✅ Requirements

* MRICS qualified

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* Experience within commercial real estate sectors

* Dilapidations experience or interest in specialising in this area

* Experience working with landlords and tenants

💰 Salary & Package

* £71,000 – £87,000 salary

* Annual bonus and EOT bonus
