The Role:
As a Senior Pitch Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the creative process, responsible for shaping concepts and selling a vision that excites and inspires.

You will:

Lead the pitch journey: From initial sketches and concepts through to compelling presentations that win new business
Bring design to life: Create engaging designs and narratives that communicate not just the “what” but the “why” behind each design
Guide and inspire: Confidently take clients through the journey, instilling trust and enthusiasm at every stage
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure the vision carries through from pitch to project to completion
Mentor Junior Designers, sharing best practice in pitching and presentation What they’re looking for:

Proven experience in pitching Design and Build workplace design concepts with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and impact
A confident presenter, with strong communication skills and the ability to win client buy-in
Extensive interior design experience in the commercial workplace sector
Ability to balance big-picture storytelling with technical awareness and buildability
