Site Agent – Mains Rehabilitation
Location: Sheffield (Projects across Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Company Vehicle + Package

We are currently looking to recruit a Site Agent to join a growing team delivering mains rehabilitation works across South Yorkshire. This role would suit someone with a couple of years' experience on site who is ready to step away from the tools and take on more responsibility managing works.

The position will involve overseeing projects across Doncaster, Sheffield and Rotherham, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site activities on mains rehabilitation projects

Planning works in advance including ordering materials, plant and labour

Organising and scheduling works to ensure smooth delivery

Supervising site teams and subcontractors

Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times

Liaising with project managers and ensuring works are delivered to programme

Requirements

A couple of years' experience within civil engineering or utilities works

Experience working on site and ready to move into a management role

Strong organisation and forward planning skills

Ability to coordinate teams and keep projects running smoothly

Good communication and a proactive approach
