The Role

You will be responsible for managing, administering, and maintaining the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems. Your daily actions will include developing control systems to assist in cost, time, and performance management, overseeing project budgets, preparing KPI reports, and supporting billing and payment submissions. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost coding, budget adherence, and timely reporting, contributing to the overall success of each project.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

Proven experience in construction-related costing systems and accounting practices
Extensive ability to manipulate data and prepare complex Excel and other worksheets
