Damp and Mould Surveyor

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced damp and mould surveyor to work with one of the UK's leading Borough Councils in their newly established and hard-working surveying Team.

Job description:

My client is looking for a self-motivated, and experienced damp and mould surveyor to assist the wider repairs team covering the Loughborough area. You will feel supported in your role from day one and the experienced and approachable management team will support you to achieve your professional goals.

You will be required to engage with residents and management alike. Carry out all surveying to the highest of standards and be able to report efficiently to the repairs team.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading council and to gain a secure run of work and experience in a surveying setting.

Interviews will take place on the 18/03/2026 and be carried out via TEAMS.

Start date: 23/03/2026

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Location: Loughborough.

Duration: 24 weeks with the potential of extension

Pay rate: £20-£22 per hour +45p per mile for business mileage.

Requirements:

Previous experience is essential
Knowledge of Awaabs Law and HHSRS
