Our client is a specialist architecture and design consultancy delivering complex, high-value projects across Ireland and Europe. The practice has built a strong reputation for providing innovative design solutions across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in mission critical, technology, and advanced infrastructure developments.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, our client is now seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their Dublin-based team. This role will involve working on large-scale mission critical projects, supporting the delivery of technically complex facilities from early design stages through to construction and project completion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading architectural packages, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring design solutions meet both client expectations and strict technical requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a collaborative design environment, with hybrid working arrangements available.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and specialist consultants to ensure architectural designs are delivered to the highest quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design packages across large-scale mission critical projects
• Develop and coordinate design solutions from concept through detailed design and construction stages
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, mechanical, electrical, and specialist consultants
• Ensure designs meet technical, regulatory, and client requirements
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Support project delivery by coordinating with contractors and construction teams during project execution
• Attend and contribute to design reviews, technical meetings, and client presentations
• Mentor and support junior architectural staff within the practice
• Monitor design progress to ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
• Stay informed of industry best practices and innovations within mission critical and technical design sectors
