Project Manager

A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing project management division. This Project Manager role will involve delivering a wide range of schemes across commercial, residential and public sector developments.

This Project Manager position offers an excellent opportunity for a consultancy Project Manager looking to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering projects from feasibility through to completion. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Project Manager's' role

The Project Manager will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

Managing project delivery from inception to completion

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients

Coordinating design teams and contractors

Managing risk, programme and quality

Reporting project progress to stakeholders

The consultancy is seeking a capable Project Manager with strong delivery experience.

Requirements:

Construction or property related degree

MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership

Consultancy experience delivering construction projects

Strong client management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role
