Planner – Data Centre – Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Planner to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Espoo, Finland.

Responsibilities

* Construction Programme Development
Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed construction programmes for a large-scale data centre project, ensuring civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities are logically sequenced and aligned with key project milestones.

* Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track site progress against the baseline programme, gathering input from project teams and subcontractors to produce accurate weekly and monthly progress reports for project management.

* Trade Programme Coordination
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to incorporate detailed trade contractor programmes into the overall project schedule, ensuring alignment across multiple work packages.

* Lookahead Planning & Site Coordination
Support the project team with short-term lookahead schedules, identifying upcoming activities, potential constraints, and interface challenges to help maintain programme momentum on site.

* Programme Risk Identification
Assist in identifying schedule risks and potential delays impacting critical path activities, supporting the development of mitigation measures to protect key milestones including installation completion, systems testing, and project handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)

Benefits

€85,000 – €95,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €250 net per week overseas allowance
