Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a healthcare construction project based near London Bridge.

This role will involve overseeing early-stage and enabling works on a live healthcare project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee site operations during enabling works and early project stages

*

Supervise survey piling, roadworks and site set-up activities

*

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and site procedures

*

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain programme delivery

*

Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth mobilisation and site preparation

Requirements

*

Previous Site Manager experience on healthcare projects

*

Strong experience delivering enabling works and early-stage construction activities

*

Experience with survey piling, roadworks and site set-up

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)

*

Ability to start immediately
