Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition Surveyor to their team across Shropshire.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. 
 
  About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.
Carry out 6-8 completed surveys per day
Induction provided – to use the software.
Pay per survey 
Fixed term contract
Weekly pay
What We’re Looking For

Experienced Stock Condition Surveyor (ideally 2+ years)
Strong background within the housing sector
