Project Manager – Construction
Our client is a well-established and highly respected regional contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across the South of England. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, they specialise in new build, refurbishment and restoration projects across sectors including education, commercial, heritage, sport and leisure.
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take responsibility for delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor health & safety compliance and site performance
• Oversee project reporting, cost control and programme management
• Drive quality standards throughout the build process Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Background working for a main contractor
• Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree preferred) What’s on Offer
