CSA Lead – Data Centre – Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

* CSA Package Leadership
Lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works across the data centre project, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, programme milestones, and quality standards.

* Design & Technical Coordination
Coordinate closely with design consultants, engineers, and BIM teams to review CSA design documentation, resolve technical queries, and ensure buildability of key elements including substructure, superstructure, façade systems, roofing, and internal architectural finishes.

* Construction Management & Site Oversight
Oversee day-to-day CSA construction activities on site, managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure works progress in accordance with the project schedule, safety requirements, and established quality standards.

* Programme & Interface Management
Work collaboratively with planning, MEP, and construction management teams to ensure CSA works are sequenced effectively within the overall construction programme, enabling timely handover of areas for MEP installation and commissioning activities.

* Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all CSA works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, and inspection requirements, supporting quality inspections, snagging processes, and documentation required for project completion and client handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects including Data Centres

Benefits

€110,000 – €120,000 + Accommodation, Rotation, Flights, Travel, Healthcare, Pension, €250 net per week overseas allowance
