Receptionist Required

* £28,000 – £32,000 + Package

* Hours – 08:00 – 17:00

* Start – ASAP

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of front-of-house and administrative responsibilities. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and a welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.

* Answer and manage incoming calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.

* Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and supply management.

* Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and catering.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

* Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as required
