Reports to Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Operations Director.

Role Scope
Reporting directly into the Project Manager, as Electrical Site Manager you will assist in implementing and delivering projects according to program, budget and the highest quality standards. This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, growing and progressive M&E Contractor in the construction sector. You will need a willingness to take ownership and responsibility for your projects and the teams working on them with you and understand that building and managing relationships is key for the success of the business and your career.
Technical Skills
A Trade, incl. City & Guilds or an equal qualification as a minimum.
A proven track record of carrying out a similar role in construction.
Have a current CSCS skill card to reflect your qualifications and manager role.
You will have SMSTS CITB or SSSTS as a minimum – Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
You will have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Outlook. December 2023 Page 2 of 3
Typical Duties Include
You will have a responsibility along with other members of the project team for the successful project delivery in line with contract documentation.
Manage installation of works packages to comply with drawings and specification.
Review of the Scope of Works.
Produce Health and Safety RAMS Documents
Assist the Project Manager with issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment/Packages under guidance of Project Manager.
Report on site progress to the Project Manager.
Managing Sub-Contractors to ensure they meet program target dates.
Manage and keep up to date all Health and Safety boards, documentation and folders on site to include Inductions, Toolbox Talks, Equipment Condition Registers, Calibration Certs, RAMS Reviews, wearing of suitable PPE, ensuring Operatives Work Safely at all times.
Assist with Pre-Commissioning Checks, Commissioning Processes, TWC Packs and PC Checklist.
To always represent the business in a professional manner, both on and off site.
Wear 5-point PPE when required to do so, and comply with company H&S policy.
