Part II / III Architect
Role Overview
You will work as part of a project team assisting in the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects. The role offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple project stages and develop professional skills within a supportive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with design development from concept through to technical stages
Produce architectural drawings, models, and presentation material
Support project teams with planning applications and documentation
Contribute to design meetings and internal reviews
Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders
Assist in the preparation of technical packages and construction information
Conduct research on materials, precedents, and sustainability strategies
Attend site visits and client meetings where appropriate
Requirements
Essential
RIBA Part II qualification (or Part III qualified / nearing completion)
Strong design and visual communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or SketchUp
Good understanding of the UK planning system and RIBA work stages
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
Experience working in a UK architectural practice
Revit/BIM experience
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
Experience in residential or mixed-use developments
Site experience or involvement in construction stages
