Contracts Manager – Construction / Flooring

We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join and strengthen our growing contracts team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working alongside Tier One main contractors, or a strong Supervisor looking to step up into a Contracts Manager role.

The position will involve managing projects, coordinating with site teams and main contractors, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Requirements

Must Have

Experience working with Tier One main contractors

*

Good IT skills

*

Ability to use main contractor platforms such as aSite, Dalux, and Trimble

*

Strong communication skills, with English as a first language

Desirable

*

Experience within the flooring sector

*

Previous experience as a Contracts Manager (although strong Supervisors looking to step up will be considered)

*

Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine desire to develop and progress

*

Some commercial awareness

*

A team player who will integrate well into the existing team and contribute positively
