We are seeking a MRICS Chartered Surveyor to join a leading construction consultancy in London. This role will involve providing client-side advice and commercial oversight on high-quality projects up to £10m.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing client-side commercial activities including valuations, budgets, and reporting

*

Producing feasibility studies and cost plans

*

Monitoring contractor performance and project progress

*

Preparing detailed financial reports and risk assessments

*

Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders

*

Supporting multiple projects across the consultancy

Requirements:

MRICS-qualified with consultancy experience

*

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement

*

Proven track record in projects up to £10m

*

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
