Our London-based consultancy is looking for a Façade Designer to deliver innovative façade solutions for projects up to £10m. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to design high-quality building envelopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and specification of façades for commercial and residential projects

*

Producing detailed drawings, technical specifications, and material selections

*

Coordinating with structural and services engineers

*

Providing constructability and cost advice

*

Reviewing contractor proposals and design submissions

*

Client-facing role with regular design and technical presentations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Façade Designer or architectural consultant

*

Strong technical knowledge of curtain walling, cladding, and glazing systems

*

Consultancy experience preferred, client-side exposure desirable

*

Proficient in CAD / BIM software

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
