Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Slinger/Signaller to join a major industrial project in Barnstaple. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable operatives looking for long‑term work, excellent rates, and the chance to work on a high‑profile site with a respected contractor.

Duties will include:

Carrying out slinging and signalling duties during heavy lifting operations
Directing crane movements safely and efficiently
Attaching, securing, and checking loads before lifting
Communicating clearly with crane operators and steel erection teams
Supporting wider lifting and steelwork operations on a busy site
Following all site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket
Supervisor ticket (SSSTS or equivalent) – desirable
Blue CSCS – desirable
Strong experience working on large‑scale industrial or heavy‑steel sites
Excellent understanding of lifting operations and safety procedures
Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
Full PPE required
