Job Title: Freelance Site Manager – Luxury Residential (High-Spec Fit Out)

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London

Rate: £300 – £350 per day (CIS)

Duration: 12-15 months

About the Role We are seeking a high caliber Freelance Site Manager for a prestigious office to residential conversion in West London. The project consists of 28 luxury apartments (£1m+ unit value) requiring an exceptional level of finish. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented manager who thrives in boutique, high-value environments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control: Oversee high-end internal fit-outs (joinery, stone, luxury MEP).

Sub-Contractor Management: Lead specialist trades to ensure "white glove" standards.

*

Logistics: Manage site deliveries and operations within a tight urban footprint.

*

Compliance: Ensure all SMSTS, Health & Safety, and building control standards are met.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in prime/luxury residential projects.

*

Strong background in internal fit-outs and finishing.

*

Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Black/Gold Card.

*

Ability to work closely with a small developer to hit critical milestones.

Knowleadgable of software – Fieldware
