Company Overview

One of London’s leading MEP contractors, with an annual turnover of around £100 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.

The business has played a key role in delivering some of the capital’s most prestigious commercial developments, specialising in high-value mechanical and electrical packages across premium office buildings.

Project Overview

The successful candidate will join the team on a Shell & Core CAT B commercial development based in Bank, Central London.

The mechanical package value is approximately £15 million, requiring a Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale mechanical packages and coordinating multiple site teams.

Role Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the mechanical package delivery

*

Manage and support Construction Managers and site teams

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and design requirements

*

Monitor subcontractor performance and installation quality

*

Maintain strict health & safety and compliance standards

*

Manage procurement, programme tracking, and reporting

*

Liaise with the client, consultants, and senior leadership team

*

Oversee commissioning phases and final project handover

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the MEP / building services sector

*

Demonstrable experience delivering large mechanical packages (£10m+)

*

Strong background in commercial office developments

*

Experience managing multiple site teams and Construction Managers

*

Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
